What we stock the house with, who we call when we want dinner handled, and the places we send every guest — all within a short drive of the ridge.
Treat the place like your own and you’ll never think about the rules. The short version: keep flames attended, keep it quiet after ten, and never leave trash outside — we’re in bear country.
Everything outside runs on propane — no wood, no charcoal, no hauling anything up the mountain. Both tanks have a gauge on top so you can see the level at a glance; if either is running low, message us and we’ll swap it.
Your reservation grants access to the MPOA pool for up to 12 guests — just give the name on the booking at the gate. Anyone beyond that pays $15 each at the gate.
